Montgomery Inn at Ingleside
Minimum age of primary booker is 25 years old and he/she must be staying at property.
Number of guests as well as ages must be reported upon booking.
Smoking of cigarettes, e-cigs, vaping, or cannabis products both inside as well as outside on our property is strictly prohibited due to fire hazard and severe allergies of owners as well as guests. A $1,000 USD fee will be charged to any guest who does not adhere to this smoking policy. Any damages that occur as a result of smoking on the premises will be the financial responsibility of the guest and will be charged accordingly.
No pets allowed.
No partying allowed.
$500 USD security deposit hold is required.
Guests are required to sign the Rental Agreement and fill out a POC form (point of contact) at time of booking.
No work crews are allowed to book this property.
For any stay longer than 10 days, a cleaning fee will be charged after every week of your stay.
